My car died on my way to work, and my first call was to Metro Car Care. I explained the general issues to Bianca over the phone, and she said to bring it on in. I then called my road side assistance, and towed it to Metro Car Care. I was given a free loaner car to use while my car was in the shop, which is an amazing service to have that available for customers! My diagnosis was a new alternator, battery, and I got new front brakes as well. They also gave me a list of a few other repairs I need to address in the near future (great to know what is less of an emergency, but still needs to be taken care of). Although having car issues is never fun, Kirk, Bianca, and the entire Metro Car Care staff make the process far less painful! I'm grateful that I have such trusted mechanics to take my car to for service when needed. Thanks again!
