Fabulous response and corrective action to a dead 4th cylinder in my Highlander discovered around 3.30on Wednesday afternoon with the projected of not being able to leave at 11 am the next morning for a family vacation that required to use of our 4 wheel drive Highlander. Kirk and Tyler were super responsive in diagnosing the problem , ordering the parts ( new coli and plugs) and getting the problem solved by 8:30 the following morning. We left on time at 11 am on Thursday
As always, Metro explained everything and gave me options. Except for the fact that you, of course, have to pay them, it’s rather like taking your car to a friend who happens to know more about cars than you.
