My wife and I brought in both our cars on the same day for basic oil change/safety maintenance. The great thing about Kirk and his team is that they were very accommodating of our busy schedules, they actually delivered our services faster than we expected and to the same high standard as always.
I have had a lot of bad experiences at automobile repair shops in which I felt like I was being fleeced. I have come to trust your assessment of my car's problems. Plus your mechanics do fine work. Normally, I would recommend you in a heartbeat to others. However, there was one aspect of my recent experience that really made me mad. My complaint is that the two people working at the counter when I picked up and dropped off my car were not wearing masks despite the governor's orders to do so and despite the risk involved. It made me so angry I have been tempted to file a complaint. Tell them to wear masks.
