Last minute (day before), I called to see if I could get my Impala in to have my transmission fluid flushed while I was getting my hair cut near by. I was not holding my breath. Somehow Kirk was able to make it work to fit the time of my appointment with a loaner car! What a guy!!! Thanks Kirk!
